After having some trouble finding what they were looking for with another agent, Stacy and Jarek were referred to me to get the job done. Unfortunately, upon inspection of that home, my inspector found aluminum wiring that the seller's inspector had missed 2 years earlier. Nic and Mary knew exactly what they wanted. I say that sometimes, but I've never meant it quite like in this case. We searched and nothing really seemed to fit until we found 4200 Admiral. We put together an offer that was to the seller's liking, but also got Nic and Mary several thousand in closing costs. After an inspection that revealed a few more issues than expected, we worked out an amendment that resulted in a full roof replacement as well. I'm really happy for the way this turned out and appreciate the hard work by everyone involved to keep everything together and get it closed. Nothing fishy going on here! It's definitely not an AI cover-up of an oversized key! Or maybe it is. Either way, it's fitting because we caught an offer after only 2 days on the market. The buyer took one look and was hooked! She put up a little fight, but we got her in without giving up much line at all. I'm happy to report that the catch and release was successful and my seller, who also happens to be my Aunt Kathi, had a smooth time on the water.
