That difference matters. It suggests that some properties needed a price adjustment before the seller and buyer reached the final negotiation.

That doesn’t mean every comparable Fulton home costs $201,000 more. ZIP code, property type and price point still matter more than the county headline.

Some closing days just hit a little differently.

Matt and Jessica were introduced to me by my friends Chris and Melissa, and from our very first conversation, I knew this was going to be a great experience. After moving to Georgia from Florida and renting for a while, they were ready to put down roots and find a place to truly call their own.

Getting to walk alongside them—from home tours to negotiations and everything in between, and finally closing day—was an absolute privilege. Moments like these are a reminder that real estate is about so much more than contracts and keys. It’s about helping people begin their next chapter with confidence.
