At Saturday Investors, we visit an investor’s rehab who explains the unique situation with their property.

Held on the second Saturday of each month at 10 a.m., this in-person event is designed for investors looking to dive deeper into real-world rehabbing and investment opportunities. Led by George Ramsay, we’ll visit an active rehab project and explore the specifics of the property—whether it's just beginning, in progress, or recently completed. Don’t miss this hands-on look at the challenges and solutions involved in property rehabbing, along with ample time to network with fellow investors and meet experienced rehabbers.

We have Kas Scott from Mission Builders that will be showcasing a commercial and residential property. The commercial property is none other than .... Salon suites in Atlanta! He will take us through is process of renovating this commercial property as he gets ready to sell it. He also has a luxury new build property with ADU down the street as well. He will also talk about his construction business and him being a licensed residential and commercial contractor/ builder.

This will be a great opportunity to network and see these properties in this market.

Every Wednesday at 10am, Dealmakers brings together Georgia real estate investors in Atlanta and surrounding communities to connect, share ideas, and learn from each other. Dealmakers is a hybrid event, allowing you to join in person at the GaREIA office or online via Zoom, whichever fits your schedule.

Each week features a different leader guiding the discussion, so you'll get a fresh perspective depending on when you attend: Kevin McQuay on the 1st Wednesday, Rick Stolz on the 2nd, Michelle Stewart on the 3rd, and Michelle McMillan on the 4th.

Dealmakers is designed for open conversation, networking, and deal-making. Attendees use it to present opportunities, discuss their latest deals, ask questions, gain advice, and build relationships with other investors and industry pros. The interactive format means you can participate at any experience level.

After each meeting, the subgroup leaders and many attendees typically continue at a nearby lunch spot. These informal lunches are a great opportunity for further conversations, questions, and networking with other real estate investors in a smaller-group setting.
