The Washingtons are finally First Time Homeowners!! They were patient accepted all the delays and months it took for them to find the perfect home. Many compromises were made but they were ecstatic about the end results. Congrats again!🎉 Thank you for the referral! ❤️

Happy Birthday to Me! 🎉

How can I explain these last 365 days. Honestly this year has been a complete whirlwind. I’ve had to take many steps back and find myself all over again. Still a work in progress but I’m getting through it. I’m truly thankful for all the people in my circle that kept me together through all my many many many meltdowns and tears (cause apparently i cry now, its a thing 🙄). I love yall to pieces! All I can say is 32 please be good to me because 31 truly kicked my ass!

Huge Congratulationsare in order for my clients. The struggle was real especially in this market. It took a lot longer to find the perfect first home for them but the end result was worth the wait. I’m thrilled for them to start this homeowner journey in a home they absolutely love! ⠀

Congrats to my client Marlene. This closing was one for the books. Marlene was a relocation client who found her soon to be home immediately. But unfortunately,Delay after Delay after Delay. When we were finally ready for closing another delay having. Left me fighting for my client by reaching out to corporate letting them know that the issues at hand were unacceptable. We got Marlene closed right on time for her to enjoy her first home! ⠀

I’m super late with posting things but I’m catching up today lol. Congratulations are in order for my client Kai! Well actually she’s a friend now cause baby when I tell y’all we went through hell to get her into this home lol. First we went under contract on a townhome but the agent and the seller were difficult the entire transaction smh. Until 2 weeks before closing the seller decided to terminate the transaction because she decided she didn’t want to sell anymore. So we were thrown back into this crazy market trying to secure a home before her lease was up and we only had a few weeks. We submitted offer after offer and weren’t chosen each time. But we finally snagged this one after their first offer fell through. It was truly a journey but I’m so proud of her for sticking through it and trusting me to work my magic! Kai we are truly bonded after this, can’t wait to see the house once you make it your own!! ⠀
