The past year and a half for buyers have been hard! The lack of inventory coupled with increasing interest rates and multiple offers situations had us not with it! I’ve had several clients decide to wait until prices cooled off.

Well prices are showing signs of cooling off!!! If you were able to wait for your home purchase, come on back to the market! Interest rates are doing what they want 🫤 but prices are not rising at the rate they did at the beginning of the year. Sellers are actually dropping their prices.

Here’s a look at how interest rates are impacting affordability. A lot of people pulled out of the market last year bc, well the market was rough. Unfortunately the home that you could barely afford last summer, all things the same but with the new interest rates, would be out of budget today.
I like to post transparent information about the market. I was one person who pulled out last year as well. I’m kicking myself bc with the rise in interest rates my mortgage on the same house has gone up about $3-400
😵‍💫

I would suggest:
Saving, save, put money to the side and save!
