June state are IN! 📩 The Key Takeway? I LOVE this Market! ✨
I am seeing win-win situations across the board for sellers + buyers!💥 Buyers are making great purchases around list price and sellers are selling homes right around list price. Everyone has been happy! 😍 And it hasn’t been this way in YEARS! 🙌🏻
📊 Notes on the market:
1. Sales to List Price is currently 💯. This is great news for sellers - they’re typically getting on 100% of list price. What more can you ask for?
2. Days on market rings in at a median of 10 days.🗓️ This means that most houses are going under contract within 10 days.
3. New listings are up month over month, with the exception of the highest price points. This means there are more options becoming available for buyers. ⬆️
4. Months supply increased, which makes sense with the uptick in new listings (inventory).📈 This will help reduce competition for buyers. However, at 2.8 months, we are still in a strong sellers market with listing statistics and data to support this. ✅
