From Neptune to Jax to Atlantic Beach, major upgrades are underway:

🏀 Neptune Beach: Jarboe Park is getting lit (literally) with new pickleball lighting, a resurfaced basketball court featuring King Neptune, and a brand-new ballfield (dedicated July 12). A Hilton is replacing the old Kmart, and a kayak launch is planned for Hopkins Creek.

🚧 Jax Beach: The 900-Day Project wraps this winter. Delicomb’s site is being redeveloped up to 59 ft high. Casa Marina may be sold (100th anniversary = July 12). Adventure Landing’s becoming 300 apartments + conservation land. And yes — the air show’s back!

🚲 Atlantic Beach: One lane of Mayport Rd will become a greenway. Roundabouts are coming, stormwater issues are being addressed, and Grand Ocean is getting a bakery and bourbon bar. E-bike rules are on the way too.

My office is working with wonderful clients who are relocating to Jacksonville in mid-June and are seeking a short-term rental (3–6 months) while they search for their ideal home to purchase.

🔹 Location: Flexible – Jax area and as far south as St. Augustine
🔹 Move-in Date: Mid-June (visiting next weekend to tour options)
