Making The Difference I’ve now been here in Jacksonville 3 years and a real estate advisor about 2 years. I’m enjoying my new city and getting to know it.

I am proudly a multi-million dollar producer, very exciting in my first 2 years. I have over 30 years of experience in advertising and marketing in newspaper, magazine, digital media. I have helped many companies and individuals grow their business with a focus on real estate successfully by using my creativity and experience. This prior experience is most definitely helping me create a successful

real estate business here in Jacksonville Florida. In addition, I’m also working with The VERB Kind as a mentor and business development director here in Jacksonville. We mentor and assist children that are currently incarcerated. We are building connections and relationships with other organizations here in Jacksonville to help place and continue to mentor these children to a better future. These children need guidance, love and structure to help build a foundation for future success and we’re helping building those relationships for these children here in Jacksonville. So excited for the future of The VERB Kind and for these children.

An ordinary day somehow turned into an extraordinary one ✨

It started with the perfect cup of coffee at Starbucks ☕. Yes , the one by my house because I know your asking 😂.

Then it was off to speak to a room full of newly licensed real estate agents about the incredible work of the NEFAR Global Business Council 🌎🏡 along side with RPAC (realtor party action committee) and DEI (diversity equity and inclusion). Plus the unexpected joy of reconnecting with a beautiful soul I haven’t seen in far too long.

From there, it was off to help a fellow agent conquer a stubborn Supra lockbox (successfully 🙌), followed by coffee and meaningful conversation with one of my teammates.

The day ended with a client visit to drop off a graduation card, only to leave with flowers she wasn’t able to keep 💐

Nothing glamorous. Nothing extravagant. Just one of those beautiful reminders that the most ordinary days often become the most extraordinary ones. 🤍

What a wonderful afternoon spent of Art and Gardens. The Historic Council along with RPAC put on this gorgeous afternoon tea complete with flowers, hats and beautiful fascinators. What a lovely lovely afternoon.

Taste of Nations is an annual event at NEFAR and it's always fun and the food is always awesome. We had over 20 countries represented this year. Great job Global Business Council another fantastic year.

Our last day exploring these Caribbean Islands (Bimini, Puerto Plata and Grand Turks. We had an amazing time. The Caribbean people treated so well and very happy to share their islands and culture with us. We had an amazing time. Until next time, thank you Caribbean.

Here’s what’s popping:

🎾 A new restaurant + pickleball concept is in the works—8 courts, full bar + restaurant, live music, and an outdoor hangout vibe. Not just a stop… a whole destination (targeting 2027 👀). Sliffs Gastropub is coming, there are great coffee spots my favorite are 1985 coffee and coconut keys coffee , micro breweries and so much more.

🛍️ The Mayport waterfront market scene is picking up—local vendors, handmade goods, food, music… the kind of charm that builds real community.

🍔 The Beaches area continues to see new restaurant energy and turnover—always a sign that demand is strong and growing.
