There were a lot of moving parts behind the scenes to bring both transactions together, which makes seeing them officially start this next chapter even more rewarding.

There’s a part of my job as a Real Estate Advisor specializing in Jacksonville’s Beach communities that goes well beyond selling real estate, and it's one of my favorites.

Over the last several years, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside builders and investors from the early stages of luxury new construction and custom home building, helping shape the design, finishes, and details that ultimately turn a set of plans into a home someone can’t wait to live in.

It looked like a lot more than closings.

It was early mornings, late-night phone calls, negotiations, inspections, design meetings, construction decisions, unexpected problems to solve, and a whole lot of time spent making sure the details were right.

Most importantly, it looked like people trusting me with significant decisions in their lives.

These photos have been sitting in my camera roll since our Christie’s International Real Estate First Coast awards celebration back in March, and somehow I never shared them.

That night, I was incredibly grateful to be recognized for more than $25 million in closed sales and as the #4 individual agent in our brokerage.

But looking back six months later, the number isn't really what stands out to me.

It's the clients who trusted me. The people who referred their friends and family to me. The builders, vendors, and professionals I had the opportunity to work alongside. And all of the relationships behind those transactions.

I'm proud of what was accomplished, but even more grateful for the people who made it possible.
