8 1/2 Marina Village Our unique village includes 73 villas, each of which has its own boat slip. Of the 73 villas 72 are family owned, and 1 is owned by the 8 1/2 HOA.

The roofers are making great progress on the 40's building this week. Their goal is to get all 3 buildings--the 40's, 100's, and 130's--water tight and then go back and do all the detail work.
