This opportunity is to provide cleaning services for model homes in St Johns County. (Nocatee, World Golf Village area)

If you are hard working, driven to clean and are a fanatic about the details then show us what you can do!

Our company cleans model and inventory homes for home builders.
No dishes or laundry. The homes have no permanent occupants and are relatively easy to maintain.

Model homes are cleaned before they open at 10am or after they close at 6pm.

Individuals working for our company are contractors and must supply their own cleaning supplies, pass a background check, speak English fluently, have a driver's license, have transportation, and must be reliable, with integrity.

We are a professional organization and present ourselves as such at all times.

We are continuing to grow and are looking for more independent contractors / cleaners who are willing to stand by their work in accordance to our 24 hr. clean guarantee. We need people that can not only get the job done, but get it done right the first time.

Weekly Hours start with 8, but can increase with proven performance.

THIS is a contract job that could range from 3-6 hours, one day per week (Monday or Tuesday) for the initial home. There are other jobs available if candidate proves successful in their quality cleans.

Alhambra is such a fun venue - great food AND entertainment - togo food is a BONUS!

Our Grease fundraiser at Alhambra Theatre & Dining scheduled for May 7 has been postponed. Stay tuned for a future date!

ICI Homes has a heart of gold. We so value their donation to Builders Care. The blessings that Builders Care brings to people's lives is amazing.

More than $100,000 was donated to Builders Care, a local non-profit that provides free construction work to those in need on the First Coast.

Help us show the love to Marand Builders! We are so thankful to have their support of our Bridging the Gaps Charity Gala. They are the Host Sponsor for three years running! Marand is an amazing partner throughout the year, partnering with us to complete quarterly projects for our clients, the most recent of which blessed Ms. Flora with a new wheelchair ramp and a new freezer.
