To lead this expansion, we are thrilled to welcome Serena Muhlbauer to our team. Serena is a Griswold High School graduate who went on to earn her accounting degree from Simpson College.

With a background in organization, operations, and hands-on real estate investing, Serena will be helping local property owners professionally manage their investments.

When she isn’t at the office, Serena is busy with her husband, Tyler, and their four young children, staying active in their church and enjoying life on the family farm—keeping life full and busy in the best way.
