The Carl Perkins Center serves West Tennessee by working to prevent and respond to child abuse while supporting children and families in crisis. Their services include advocacy, forensic interviews, therapy, parenting education, and assistance with basic needs—helping create safer, healthier homes in our community.

🚗 Parking:
Parking is available at the movie theater, with overflow parking at First Baptist Church of Atoka.

🙌 Get Involved:
We are still looking for groups or churches that would like to volunteer and provide an activity for the event. Reach out to us if your organization is interested!

The room was packed before it started. Family. Old friends. City officials. Fellow veterans. All of them there for one man — a Covington kid, one of 13 children, who left home and spent 22 years serving his country.

Wishing a wonderful day to our sweet Brandye J Temple! She is a great listener, confidant, always will have your back, but will never hesitate to say that’s not right, or I don’t agree, if she doesn’t know the answer, she will work hard to get it for you, never telling you something she’s not certain about. She is a breath of fresh air and we are lucky to call her family and I am blessed to call her friend. We love you Brandye and hope you have a wonderful Birthday! 🎉❤️🎂
