When I started My Real Estate Career, I prayed for the Best in Marketing, the Best in Sales and #1 in Training! God answered…I drove 1.15 hours a day one way for a month to receive training! It was the Best Decision ever!! My Broker, Mike Compton, would not turn me loose til I was Ready in All areas bc RE School don’t teach the “Real World of Real Estate”
My First Week out I listed 4 Homes & I Sold 4 Homes! Two Years later I opened My own
RE/MAX Franchise and even tho the Market Crash happened almost immediately, I was still successful with constant training & support!!
I closed My Office due to a Divorce & Moving. Opened another Sole Proprietorship and was Successful for 10 years!
Then decided Overhead, Technology, Marketing had gotten to expensive it was Better to have a Team, So Sold that Office…Huge mistake, I have bounced from 1 disappointing Brokerage to another bc of unforeseen circumstances or misleading promises!! Of course there was No RE/MAX within a 150 mile radius at the time!!
Finally, Now that I’m getting My Texas License and I’ve turned back to praying for Answers!! I found RE/MAX Four Corners!! There is over 130 Agents that Serve ALL of North Texas, Dallas Metro Plex and ALL of Oklahoma!! Perfect Fit 😁
