Cold and wet rainy holiday weekend… real estate never really stops ☔🏡
Between showings, open houses and checking in with clients and their properties, this weekend has still been full.
One thing I’ve learned in real estate is that buyers and sellers don’t pause life just because it’s a long weekend and honestly, neither do Realtors.

Grateful to be spending the weekend helping people navigate such important life decisions, even in the rain.

Half the job of being a REALTOR is also being an investigator 😂

During an appraisal, the appraiser and I were even trying to figure out what an old wall-mounted item was used for. A quick photo to ChatGPT and mystery solved within seconds.
Real estate is part marketing, part negotiation, and part detective work.

Every house is different, and part of my job is figuring things out. From old systems in a property, to permits, zoning, utility questions, inspection issues, appraisals, title questions, and everything in between. It's a ton of behind the scenes research and technology helps me stay efficient and better serve my clients.

Little things like this are why I love using technology in my business.

Real estate isn’t always just paperwork and negotiations from a cozy office, sometimes it means rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.

After a major blizzard, all hands were on deck to make sure the sellers timeline stayed on track. Snow and ice had to be cleared before any of the required FHA appraisal work could even begin. The sellers and I jumped in together to shovel, salt, install a handrail and even tackle some outdoor painting for everything to be completed quickly.

Those small efforts made a big difference in keeping this listing moving forward and right on schedule.
