L.A., we’re back at it. ⚒️ Our Property Beast LA team has officially kicked off construction on two new projects, returning to Atwater Village for our third transformation in one of our favorite neighborhoods, while breaking ground for the first time in the creative, design-forward Melrose Arts District. There’s nothing quite like the energy of a new project. Let’s build!

Our team is proud to be helping this beautiful community rise again, stronger and more intentional than before.
