Meet our Certified Residential Appraiser - Scott Laxton.
My real estate career began while attending Fresno State in 2004. I got my real estate license and over the next 8 years I worked as a commercial leasing & sales agent. In 2012, I switched my focus to the field of appraising. My abilities range from residential and multi-family projects to more challenging appraisal assignments including commercial properties of all types. I am married with two kids. I enjoy architecture, history, and attending Fresno State football games. In my spare time I enjoy playing golf, teaching & playing music with my kids, and vacations to the beach.

Meet our Certified General Appraiser - The man, the myth, the legend...This is Curtis W. Page, the founder and owner of CW Page & Associates. Curt started in the real estate industry back in 1977, became a broker in 1979 and then became an appraiser in 1993. He and his first wife, Joleen, raised their six kids in the Fresno County foothills of Auberry and Prather and also spent some time living in Clovis. All six of their kids have followed in Curt's foot steps and are involved in the real estate industry as a loan officer/agent (Jodie), office manager for Keystone Appraisals in Utah (Jenise), interior designer for new home builder (Jennifer), real estate appraiser (Curt Jr), real estate appraiser (Janaye) and a third real estate appraiser/agent (Jillian). After the passing of his beloved wife, Curt found a chance at a second love - Etta Love Reynolds, that is. Together, they have eight kids, 30 grandkids and one great-granddaughter on the way!
