This was absolutely the most thorough Home Inspection that I have ever witnessed. After moving from state to state with the government for over 45 years, my wife and I have bought and sold numerous homes, and I was personally at the inspection for each home. However, Paul Fouries really impressed me. He took his time, and uncovered so many deficiencies (some of which I wish my previous home inspectors did). During the on-site briefing, he showed the pictures, cited the deficiency, and even knew the exact codes for compliance. He also talked about corrective measures and preventive measures to maintain a safe home. His final written report was equally impressive (68 pages). His price is very reasonable (compared to other inspectors), he showed up on time (even early), and has such a pleasant smile and demeanor. JN
