The summer is cooking 🍳 I hope that you all are having a chance to sit/work in the AC! 💨
The summer pre-school starting market is rolling right along. The National Market Update shows that homes sold one day faster than a year ago for the second time in four weeks, while active inventory posted its largest annual gain since April, giving buyers more choices without slowing market activity.
The only strange number, again, was in the Aubrey days on market (DOM) they had 4 homes with over 650 days on market all close (new builds). This adds some irregularities to the average for Aubrey. The overall listing counts and closing counts are very similar to March. With the exception that the Average Price Per Square Foot went up in all cities.
