We went into contract very quickly after hitting the market… and just as quickly, we were back on the market. But sometimes the first buyer isn’t the right buyer—and the right one is worth waiting for.
After about 60 days on the market, we ended up with multiple offers and ultimately closed at $1,500,000 ALL CASH.
From the beginning, my sellers trusted the process. They kept the property beautifully maintained, stayed flexible, listened to my advice, and handled every twist and turn with so much grace. Somewhere along the way, they became more than clients—they became friends, and I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me with such an important sale.
And we truly couldn’t have dreamed up a better young family to take over this little slice of heaven. ❤️ Knowing this property will continue to be loved, cared for, and enjoyed by another family makes handing over the keys that much sweeter.
