Running the numbers:

Opelika's Real Estate market is going strong with a 33% absorption rate meaning 1/3 of all listings sell monthly. With a seller's market as strong as it is we are still seeing 70 days on the market as the average. This is a great indicator that the hot properties are moving while others are sitting for quite a while. Sellers must ensure their home is show-ready when listed and priced well. Buyers need to jump on the good ones when they show up and be ready to make an offer as soon as it comes on the market.
