I was fortunate to be asked to help Ron find a new home a couple of years ago when his landlord (and my client) decided it was time to sell. Then, AGAIN, after that landlord decided it was time to sell... Well, we decided there would be no more landlords!

We found a wonderful home in Eskaton Village in Placerville that met all of his needs and gave him peace of mind knowing that the land was his for as long as he decided. There were multiple offers, but we kept in contact with the listing agent, didn't take no for an answer, and 3 weeks later, closed without a hitch!

This is why you never give up! I maintained contact with the listing agent for 2 weeks after our max offer was determined to be too low. After many conversations and back and forths, we were able to find a middle ground and get my buyers into escrow on a home they didn't think they could afford. Here we go!

As always, I'm a bit behind on this but I am beyond happy to welcome my clients to Lincoln with their beautiful new home! We had to move extremely quickly on this one and my buyers weren't able to be here for most of the transaction. It took a lot of trust and communication but the team was amazing and we were able to get a great deal done for my clients!
