This is why you never give up! I maintained contact with the listing agent for 2 weeks after our max offer was determined to be too low. After many conversations and back and forths, we were able to find a middle ground and get my buyers into escrow on a home they didn't think they could afford. Here we go!

Recently, I was entrusted to guide my clients through the sale of their longtime family home and the purchase of their replacement/dream home, and I am pleased to say it was an overwhelming success!!

Despite the challenging market conditions, we were able to sell their home for more than its estimated value while also acquiring a replacement for almost $100,000 under the asking price. This might be my favorite home that I have sold, with tons of semi-finished space under the house for an incoming theater and arcade to add to its current w**e cellar and golf simulator.

And the cherry on top? As a Nurse and Local Hero, I also helped credit them almost $13,000 total from my commission to help with their out-of-pocket expenses. Congrats and I can't wait to see the theater!!
