The seller’s happy, the buyer’s happy, we are all happy! 😊 I had the honor of working with Kathy (seller) to bring this Lincoln condo to close. She had already moved out and had so much family support and help to prep for listing. After a lot of work on their end, it was spotless by the time we took photos! So I am aware that it’s March 5th but let’s talk about last year 😂.
BEST YEAR YET.
I don’t mean to brag, but I work along so many incredible agents and have the best support through my colleagues, mentor and manager. I do not know how I would achieve the success I have had without them. Also my friends and family (you know who you are), who continue to cheer me on and refer me to others (my love language).
