šŸ¶Remi and I may have a new running goal for the coming year, but I'd love to know what your goals are for 2024! Would love to know if there is anything I can do to help! This is a great time to take a look at what your financial or home goals could be this year.

Values are at an all time high, and rates are starting to come down. If they continue to lower rates this could cause values to continue to go up in 2024. If you are considering buying in 2024 it might be a good idea to get prequalified sooner rather than later. With rates showing signs of going down this will cause more buyers to come back to the market again which could translate to having less homes for sale again, which could also push values even higher. Don't think about timing rates, rather think about what is the right time for you and your family to buy a home financially. If you can handle the monthly payment that's what matters most. Then refinance and lower your payment even more when rates are lower. I always encourage my clients to get a full financial picture if you are considering buying or selling in 2024. The sooner you do it in the year the better road map you'll have to get you to the destination. Let's us help you navigate you through your 2024 goals of buying and selling are in the plan for 2024.
