Sold Out!

Fox Run Village was originally planned for 255 lots over four phases. The last one has just closed. It is so cool to have been a part of this sell out and there are many other team members who played a huge role in this.

Fox Run Village was my first assignment when joining the Sales Team as the third Lee county agent for the company in 2021. It was also the most daunting, being the largest community the company offered at the time of launch.

We have since sold out many communities, but this one feels different. This is where I learned so much about new construction sales and customer service. I have turned many buyers into friends here.

If you are still eyeing Fox Run, don’t fret. Phase 5 is available with plenty of opportunities for everyone.

Just Closed! Representing buyers who wanted to be close to everything Auburn has to offer! It was great working through this downtown deal with . What was really special about this property was the large lot with water views, surrounded by acres of land that won’t be developed, all while being just 1 mile from downtown.
