Our Team DRS was established in 2013 to provide communities with quality full service property management services, maintenance and financial consulting for owner-occupied properties and retnal income properties. We are located in downtown Auburn, CA near the "Chinese Coolie" statue. Meet the Team DONNA L. SHIPLEY - Owner/President/CFO Donna Shipley is a licensed Real Estate Broker; obtained her California Real Estate License in August of 2000 (#01292890). For over twenty (20) years in the Property Management industry as a Property Manager and educator, with working knowledge of State and Federal Laws mandating housing. As educator, administered training courses throughout Northern California, Nevada, Oregon and Hawaii on the current state and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, Fair Housing and basic fundamentals in management. Donna Shipley has provided diverse management services and consulting in all aspects of property management, operations, accounting, leasing, marketing and maintenance for the following markets: ~ Common-Interest Community Associations ~ Conventional & Subsidized Apartment Communities ~ Single Family Home Rentals ~Office & Industrial Warehouses ~ Retail Centers NICHOLE DORSEY - Administrative Assistant Nichole Dorsey handles various day to day office duties, providing multiple office skills and professional communications etiquette. Nichole is a team player with a commitment to customer service, who possesses a long track record of working in various administrative roles, along with good PR skills and the ability to communicate confidentially at all levels. Her tasks involve meeting room scheduling, assisting in the preparation of variety of documents including mailing monthly statements, letters and conducting compliance inspections. Nichole is well organized, pays attention to detail and has the ability to multitask effectively. ROBERT SHIPLEY, II - General Contractor - Rob Shipley Construction, Inc. Rob Shipley is an accomplished General Contractor servicing clients in the Auburn and surrounding areas for over twenty-five (25) years (CL#741591) in Commercial and residential remodeling as well as tenant improvements (TIs). With Rob's extensive progressive experience he has gained valuable knowledge from positions that include HVAC, plumbing, equipment operator, maintenance technician, foreman, field engineer, superintendent, and a business owner. With these many hats Rob wears, he is widely known for his integrity and high quality workmanship. Rob Shipley works hand in hand with DRS Property Management, Inc. and provides his expertise while developing a loyal customer base for providing excellent work. Verifiable reputation for consistency completing all projects on time and within budget. Rob takes pride on personally managing and coordinating all projects, material, equipment and daily supervision of progress.
