This ad reminded me - if you are looking for a new home, before giving any information to the agent at the subdivision, contact your agent. In order for your agent to be involved in the transaction, they need to register you with the subdivision agent. Your agent has most likely worked very hard on your behalf, please make sure they are involved in this transaction if that is the direction you are going. Also, I’m always available for your real estate needs!

Scam Alert! Please don't fall for these types of calls. I received a call from TrendMicro which is my computer security company. They said my subscription was going to be automatically renewed and my credit card would be charged $299!!!! My bad, I ended up engaging in the call. When we started talking, I told him I thought it was a scam and I was going to call TrendMicro directly. He tried to talk me out of it. However, I did call TrendMicro and this is what they told me:
1) TrendMicro never calls customers - customers need to call them first.
2) When you get calls like this, hang up - block the number. Engaging lets the scammers know you are willing to take their calls and they will keep calling.
3) And of course, never follow any of their instructions if you do happen to talk with them.
