This project entails demoing and rebuilding a lakeside home all while staying within the same footprint. Our customers decided on an exposed timber frame build wrapped in structural insulated panels.

Just wrapped up this beautiful 6 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 4,800 square foot house.

This house includes:
•Built in bunk beds
•Tile Showers
•Stone fireplace
•Cathedral ceilings with wood beams
•Custom mudroom/laundry room built ins
•Dry Bar in Bonus Room

We are excited for our customers to be able to enjoy this amazing house and thankful they allowed us to bring their All Black Mountain house vision to life. 🏠🏔️

Check out these before and afters of another mountain side condo renovation that we did at Sunday River! Taking out an interior wall made this space feel much bigger. We also redid the outdated fireplace surround, replaced all the flooring with vinyl and a whole new kitchen. ⛷️

We do have quite a bit of chaos going on here to make this happen, so please continue to bear with us through all the noise and mess. We have plumbers, electricians, carpenters (oh my!) all working hard to bring our dream to life!

Despite the chaos, we are still OPEN every day 6:00am-7:00pm

Starting a new project using SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) for the entire project. SIPs offer superior insulation than traditional framing. They also are very cost competitive to traditional framing, and go up very quickly. Call us for more info on this building style.
