Closed on an off market listing earlier this week. The buyers lender took 7 weeks to close so buyers had to request two extensions. I felt so bad for my seller as she was on vacation in Thailand, but it finally got done. I won’t mention who the lender is, but am curious if anyone else is running into these ridiculously long closing times?
