Good morning! So, think you have to put an astronomical 20% down when you buy a house? Nope. Unless it’s specified by your loan type or lender, you don’t always have to. And the truth is, most homebuyers don’t.

The median down payment for first-time buyers is 9% -- but most of the time you don’t even have to put that much down. Seriously it can be as low as 3.5%‼️
