Mortgage interest rates continued to trend lower in October, ending the month at 6.17% for 30-year fixed-rate loans, the lowest level since early October 2024. Across NWMLS counties, the number of sales and median prices fell year-over-year by 4% and 1.5%, respectively, while active listings jumped 27%, giving buyers more options in the market despite ongoing affordability challenges.

In other words, if you're a Buyer you have the lowest rates in a year, more active homes on the market and more negotiable options!

If you're a Seller, you must make your home ready to sell. You only get 1 chance to make a good impression! You must also price competitively and be ready to negotiate!

🎉 Just Sold! 🏡✨

It’s always special to help someone buy or sell a home — but it’s even more meaningful when it’s with a repeat client I’ve had the honor of working with over the years. This sale is bittersweet, as they’re off to begin a new chapter in Texas!

To my amazing client: Thank you for your continued trust, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years and homes we’ve journeyed through together. It’s been an absolute privilege to be a part of your story.

Though you’re moving out of state, know that I’m still here for any friends or family in the area who may be thinking of buying or selling. Referrals mean the world and I’d be honored to help them too!

Wishing you all the best in Texas — and cheers to new beginnings! 🌟
