Hamel Homes / ERA Key Realty

Hamel Homes / ERA Key Realty Helping clients navigate the sometimes confusing world of real estate. I’m Stacey Hamel and I’m a full-time time Realtor with ERA Key Realty Services.

I have more than 35 years of customer service and sales experience, 14 in real estate. You know that communication is the key to any successful relationship. More than once, by being available, whether by phone, text, email or on Social Media, I’ve saved or created a deal my client really needed. Not too long ago, I noticed someone on Facebook looking for a handyman to help with home repairs. I wa

s able to give that person several referrals to contractors I know. In the end, I also helped them sell the home and buy their dream house a few towns away. Customer service is my middle name. I am honest to a fault. Whether you’re buying or selling, I’m going to have your back from the first hello until long after the sale is over. I’ve had clients call me years after buying to ask for help with my opinion about whether they should sell or renovate. They call me because they trust I will always answer with their best interest at heart – not mine. I live where I work. A 3rd generation Bay Stater, I know the area I service. Anyone can open a lockbox, not everyone can tell you where the best coffee is in town or who to call for lawn service. My reputation is vital to me. Because I live where I work, I never want to have to hide behind the ketchup in the grocery store because I’m embarrassed to meet a former client. I have the knowledge and experience to help you get through any real estate scenario – and succeed! I’m diligent about details and persistent with follow-up AND follow-through. I love helping my clients invest wisely when buying and protect assets when selling. Lots of my clients become my friends. I've been to more than one house warming party and even a few weddings. If you get to know me, you’ll find that I like to read, listen to podcasts, travel and I REALLY love to go out to lunch and try new foods. I love spending time with my family, and spoiling my three Vizsla dogs, Dublin, Blarney, and Echo. In today’s world, there’s no room for error when choosing a real estate agent, and there are certainly plenty from which to choose. Read my online reviews, contact my references, ask me questions – then hire me to help you meet your real estate goals.

….and you can use lots of other sites, too. If you’re working with me / I look everywhere… MLS, off-market listings, agent networking…but you’re looking all the time and everywhere. That’s perfect. Text me the address, I’ll vet the property and then we can decide together if you want to see it. hamel-homes.com

It’s a bit of a real estate trope, but it’s true. The first step to getting anywhere can be the hardest, but if yours is to call me - I promise to make the rest of them make sense.

There’s something special about growing up in the same home—the routines / the neighbors / the kickball games - they all shape who you are.

Those roots have a way of carrying into adulthood. The friendships formed along the way aren’t just memories.
40 years after graduation, I’m still close with many of the girls I went to school with. There’s an ease to those relationships that comes from a shared background—you don’t have to explain where you came from, they already know.

Home isn’t just where you live. It’s where lifelong connections begin.

If you’re thinking about putting down roots—or even pulling them up - let’s talk. I close deals and bring snacks.

The spring market is here, and it’s moving fast.

Well-prepared homes are hitting the market and going under agreement quickly—often with multiple offers and tight deadlines. That doesn’t mean you need to rush blindly, but it does mean you need a solid plan before you jump in.

Buyers: get pre-approved, know your numbers, and be ready to act when the right home shows up.
Sellers: pricing and preparation matter more than ever if you want to take full advantage of this momentum.

If you’re thinking about making a move this spring, let’s talk strategy so you’re ready when it counts.

Reach out anytime— I close deals and bring snacks.

While most people are hitting pause for the weekend, I’m out opening doors, scheduling showings, and helping you get one step closer to the right home.

Real estate doesn’t stick to a Monday–Friday schedule—and neither do I.

Whether you’re just starting to look or ready to make a move, I’m here when it works for you.

I’ll even bring snacks to keep you going !

Ready to get started? Reach out and let’s make a plan.

Owning a home isn’t always cheaper than renting—and anyone who tells you otherwise is skipping some important details. Between interest rates, taxes, insurance, and maintenance, the monthly cost to own can sometimes come in higher than rent.

But… it can be cheaper. And more importantly, it can be a smarter long-term move depending on your goals, timeline, and the market.

Every situation is different. That’s why it’s worth having the conversation instead of guessing.

If you’ve been wondering whether buying makes sense for you right now, let’s talk. I’ll help you break down the numbers and figure out what actually works for your situation.

You make the time and I’ll provide the snacks.
