Attention Members: ARELLO® is currently conducting a nationwide survey to enhance the job task analysis (JTA) used for creating new exam content in our industry. No one knows better than you the shortcomings and knowledge gaps of licensees because you practice in the real world. Completing the survey at the link below will take you less than 15 minutes.

Regardless of your experience as a licensee your input is essential. Do not get overly concerned with the subtopics in each of the categories on the survey. Those will be more clearly defined in focus groups following the close of the surveys.

The purpose of this survey is to give all of us insight into current job tasks and the analysis and will also be used to set the future for the national portion of the real estate licensing exam that ARELLO® accredits.

Your voice and opinion are important, and we want you to be heard. Please take the survey before it closes on June 30.

Boston Globe Seeking Input on Rent Control - With the possibility of rent control appearing on the ballot, the Boston Globe is gathering feedback from residents across the Commonwealth.

MAR opposes rent control because evidence shows it can discourage new housing development, reduce the number of available rental units, and create unintended consequences that make housing less accessible over time.
