We will be having our annual HOA meeting on December 4th at 6 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Auburn located at 1203 East Seventh St., Auburn.
This year we have three board member positions up for election. It is important to note that we are welcoming anyone that may want to serve as Vice President, Treasurer or Secretary to please submit their intention to run by 10 days prior to the Annual Meeting. This can be submitted by mail or email. These are volunteer positions that save the community quite a bit of money. If we do not continue to have residents willing to invest the time to participate, we may face considering hiring a management company. This would likely cause an increase in the annual dues to cover those costs. The dues currently cover only the bare needs to maintain the properties. The positions, on average, require 2-3 hours a month with additional time around dues and invoicing.
