Realtor at Prestige Properties I have a sweet husband, Jim Kachadurian! My children, Olivia, Andrea and Scotty are grown and pursuing their dreams.

Olivia is a Real Estate agent and flight attendant in Las Vegas, Andrea is a dietitian in Chattanooga, and Scotty is in Data Science in Denver. We enjoy our life on Lake Martin and I’m still loving selling real estate in Auburn/Opelika area and Lake Martin after 26 years. Thank you to many wonderful loyal and repeat customers that spread my name. I found volunteering with high schoolers fulfilled my need to love and serve young people. Life is full and our dogs make it even better!

We love this shelter in Alex City. They have a wonderful heart for the animals and keep the facility very clean. It is a pleasure to visit and if you go home with a furry animal, you’ll feel the appreciation. You’ll be supporting a small local shelter with far less support than the bigger shelters have. We adopted Rufus there years ago and visit a few times a year - they always remember Rufus’s name and his story.
