Thanks to the Greater Federal Way Chamber for hosting its Business Briefing event, featuring our Federal Way campus!

Dana Ostenson discussed preservation efforts and the project's lasting economic impacts.

“We’re protecting and preserving the historical aspects of the HQ building as well as the surrounding natural elements of the campus, and we’re developing new industrial buildings that will drive critical job-growth and tax revenue to the City. This campus is key to ending the significant economic challenges that Federal Way has experienced over the past several years.”

Yesterday we raised the flag as a symbol of the unity, strength, and opportunity that it represents for everyone in our community and our country. Most importantly, let us never forget that in honoring our flag, we honor the American men and women who have courageously fought and died for it and endured the greatest of hardships. Our flag flies free today because of their sacrifice.

Thank you to Pete von Reichbauer, King County Councilmember., Mayor Jim Ferrell, Susan Honda for Federal Way, Greater Federal Way Chamber, Auburn Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1741, and American Legion for coming together for this momentous occasion.

Exciting news for Federal Way! The expansion of light rail to Federal Way will advance Sound Transit’s vision for high-quality regional transit service, connecting major activity centers in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. Creating regional hubs with major employers near high-capacity transit supports the goals and vision of our regional transportation system. This is encouraging news that will attract high-caliber tenants to Woodbridge Corporate Park. Read more here:

Despite uncertainty for transit projects under the Trump administration, the move indicates Sound Transit could receive federal dollars to build light rail to Federal Way.

In evening light, directional signage might be hard to see. Here are directions to the east entrance from 320th, heading east from I-5:

Take a right on Weyerhaeuser Way S from 320th and at the traffic circle take the second exit (away from I-5). Turn right onto Weyerhaeuser Road and take your second right into the east parking lot. Enter through the building’s east entrance. Doors will be locked on the west side, so save yourself a long walk around the building!
