🎉THAT’S A WRAP ON REALTOR FEUD 2026🎉

What. A. Day. 🙌

Our biggest event of the year brought together an incredible group of people for an afternoon of competition, laughs, community, and maybe just a little trash talk. 😏 We are so grateful to everyone who came out to support and made this year's Realtor Feud such a success!

🎤 Leading the competition was our incredible host, Washington REALTORS® Legal Hotline Lawyer Annie Fitzsimmons! Annie kept the game moving, the laughs coming, and somehow managed to keep a room full of competitive REALTORS® under control. 😂 We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

🌟 2026 STRATEGIC PARTNER SPOTLIGHT! 🌟
📢 Hey everybody, let's please hear it for Silver Partner AND 2026 Network Treasurer, Lauri Skagen from Movement Mortgage! We are very fortunate and super excited to have her as a long-time member of our Network and as a Silver Level Partner! 👏

✨ We asked Lauri to tell us a little bit about her business and her "why":
"I have been in the mortgage industry for many years and am forever grateful to have helped so many amazing customers achieve their homeownership goals, whether purchasing a first home, moving into a larger home, building a custom home, investing in real estate, or refinancing to better align with their financial strategy. At each stage, we create opportunities to build long-term wealth through real estate. My goal has always been to help people make informed decisions that support both their homeownership dreams and their long-term financial success."

A few fun facts about Lauri...
🌮 Favorite Food - There is no way to have one favorite! But my go to for casual dining is Thai or Mexican, and when out fancy it’s Chilean Sea Bass or Filet Mignon
☕️ Favorite Beverage - Espresso Frappuccino, which is a rare treat!
🌄 Favorite place visited or would like to visit - My favorite place to be is spring skiing at Blackcomb, Whistler or Crystal Mountain. My bucket list is to travel all over the North, South and Western Europe, I have plans to visit my dad in the Philippines, and look forward to planning a trip to Rwanda where my niece and her husband will be opening a bible college and raising their 2 beautiful children.
⛷️ Favorite Hobbies outside of work - Spending time with family and friends, managing a giving group called The Butterfly Effect, volunteer with Seattle Uncorked W**e Events, and in my spare time I travel, ski, golf, ride my motorcycle, roller skate, attending musical theater and movies. Just wish there was more time outside of work, LOL!
📺 Favorite Movie or TV Show/series - I am currently binging Dept. Q. And can’t wait for the next season of the Diplomat. I would also highly recommend Christina Applegate in Dead to Me.
📚 Favorite Book and why - I am a huge Audiobook fan. I flip between books and podcasts. The most recent top book would be Remarkably Bright Creatures. How can you not love an octopus. The book was way better than the movie (but the movie was great, too)! My current podcast is from a local friend, Deanna Powell – Intrepid Storytelling.

📢 Hey everybody, let's please welcome our newest and RETURNING Strategic Partner Heidi Dinsmore, Sales & Title Rep with Upward Title & Closing. We are very fortunate and super excited to have her back as a member of our Network and as a Bronze Level Partner! 👏

✨ We asked Heidi to tell us a little bit about her business and her "why":
"I have been blessed to spend almost 3 decades in the Title & Escrow industry, and I can honestly say this business is so much more than a career to me — it’s about relationships, trust, and helping others succeed. I started back in 1997 as an Escrow Assistant, spent 20+ years in Customer Service/Property Research helping Real Estate Professionals prepare to win listings and grow their businesses, and for the last 5 years I have loved being “boots on the ground” as a Sales/Title Rep.
My “why” has always been simple — help people, connect people, and be someone others know they can count on. I was born and raised right here in South King County, and many of the agents I work with have become so much more than clients… they’ve become lifelong friends. Real estate truly runs deep in my family with several generations of Realtors, educators, and Title professionals. I am proud to be 2nd generation Title, and my kiddo recently joined the Title world too, making it 3 generations carrying on the tradition. 🩷
Being part of Women’s Council since 2016 has been such a gift. From committees, Membership, Ambassador roles, and the friendships made along the way — this community represents exactly what I love most about our industry: lifting each other up. I have always been known as a connector, problem solver, and someone who jumps in when needed because at the end of the day… I.GOT.YOU! 😊"

Some fun facts about Heidi:
🌮 Favorite Food:
This one is tough because I love good food! I’d have to say Mexican food 🌮 or a really good steak 🥩… bonus points if it comes with great company and lots of laughs!

🧋 Favorite Beverage:
Well… if we’re being real… lately it’s probably been energy drinks 😂 (working on that one!) But I also love a good drink while relaxing with friends and family.

✈️ Favorite Travel:
My husband and I love adventures and making memories! In 2025 alone we checked some amazing things off the list — including my first trips to the Grand Canyon, Washington D.C., and seeing the Atlantic Ocean. We also made it to Disneyland together, which was extra special because it was my husband’s first time.
Future bucket list? Honestly… anywhere we can explore, laugh, and make memories. Road trips, small towns, beautiful views — I’m always up for an adventure! However, we do have our 1st ever cruise lined up for this coming September. CAN’T WAIT!

🏍️Favorite Hobbies:
Outside of work I love spending time with my family — my new husband (a proud Army Veteran), my amazing kiddo Corey, and our Rottweilers 🐾.
You can also find me enjoying time on the back of our Harley Davidson 🏍️, Supporting Veterans, at the batting cages ⚾, going on road trip adventures, or just soaking up time with the people I love. I’m definitely a little bit country, love a good muscle car, and believe life is meant to be experienced! Always game for a good Zip Line / adrenaline rush!

🎬 Favorite Movie/TV Show:
Hands down… Gilmore Girls! ☕🩷
As a single mom raising a smart, independent, driven kiddo, I always related to that mother/child bond, the humor, the conversations, and cheering your kid on while they chase their dreams. It will always have a special place in my heart.

📚 Favorite Book:
I love books that focus on mindset, personal growth, leadership, and becoming the best version of yourself. Anything that reminds us to keep growing, stay positive, and pour into others speaks to me.

"I've been in the mortgage business for over 20 years, and at the heart of it all, I'm simply someone who loves to serve others. Whether I'm helping a first-time buyer build equity and start their wealth journey, consolidating debt to give a family some breathing room, or helping someone fund a home renovation — it all comes back to the same thing: helping people win in life. That truly makes my heart happy. I also specialize in working with tech professionals navigating complex comp packages like RSUs and stock options, and I love being the guide who helps make it all make sense."

🌮 Favorite Food:
Street tacos and Mexican food — chips and salsa are basically their own food group in my world!
☕ Favorite Beverage:
Iced coffee always. Current obsession: the Starbucks vanilla sweet cream cold foam protein drink!
✈️ Favorite Travel:
Family cruises for spring break have become our favorite new tradition. So far, we've done the Western Caribbean and Mexico with my brother's family, my two daughters, and my dad. The best memories!
🏋️ Favorite Hobbies:
I'm a full-time dance mom to two competitive dancers, so that's basically my hobby! I've also been hitting the gym regularly and getting outside for walks when Washington weather cooperates. 🐾
🎬 Favorite Movie/TV Show:
Annie, Beaches, and The Notebook are my classics. Lately, I'm on the couch with my girls watching Ginny & Georgia and other chick flicks that we find!
📚 Favorite Book:
I'm drawn to autobiographies and true stories. I've really become a big podcast listener — I love anything that challenges my thinking and helps me understand people better.

In observance of Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice made possible the freedoms we often take for granted, and today we remember that freedom has never been free. As we spend time with family and friends this weekend, may we also take a quiet moment to reflect on those who gave everything—and the loved ones they left behind. We remember. 🇺🇸
