Gene began her career in real estate when she and her husband Scott Bollinger moved to the Sierra foothills in 1985 and bought their first home on splitable land in Meadow Vista. One land split led to another and another and eventually to a real estate license in 1992. Gene studied for her license when their 3rd child, Laurel Bollinger, was a baby and 28 years later Laurel did the same with her first child! Gene has been an Outstanding Life Member of the Placer Association of Realtors Masters Club every year since 1994. This represents the top 3% of agents in Placer County. Laurel is well on her way. Her first full year in the business, 2020, she too became a Member of the Masters Club. Laurel and Gene love where they live and enjoy sharing all there is to know about the foothill lifestyle with their clients.
