Shining a spotlight on the team that makes it all happen!

Our management is the absolute heart of the property. Whether it’s running fun events and giveaways or showing future residents around their dream home, Sebastian and Gabby go above and beyond every single day to ensure you love where you live.

Next time you see them around the property, make sure to wave, say hi, or drop a quick thank you! 👋🏠

Move-in season is officially wrapped, and the energy across our College Town Communities is off the charts! 🚛📦✨

Pulling off turn takes a serious team effort, and we have to give the biggest shoutout to our incredible crews. To our Community Managers holding down the fort with master-level organization, our Community Assistants acting as the ultimate hype squad at check-in, and our Maintenance Heroes pulling off pure magic behind the scenes—you all crushed it! 🛠️🔑👏

Most importantly, a massive thank you and warm welcome to all of our new and returning residents! We are so excited to have you living with College Town Communities this year. Go unpack those boxes, deck out your new space, and get ready for an amazing academic year. Welcome home! 🥳🎓🛋️

From morning gym sessions to late-night study marathons, we’ve selected a few of our absolute favorite amenities that make off-campus life a total breeze!

We’ve curated the perfect aesthetic, but it’s even better in person.
