Closing days are always special, but this one feels extra sweet. 🤍

These buyers were relocating to Auburn for work and came to us through a referral from a past client (something we never take for granted 🩷).

We spent a weekend touring homes, talked through their options, and ultimately found the right fit in a new construction home. We were also able to negotiate terms that worked for their specific situation, making the transition to Auburn feel a little smoother.
