Bell-Anderson & Assoc., LLC, AMO

Bell-Anderson & Assoc., LLC, AMO Looking for a rental home or a professional property manager? Bell-Anderson came into existence in 1963. However, its roots go back even further then that.

Bell-Anderson & Associates, LLC AMO is your local source for rental properties and all of your property management needs in South King County. Before Don Bell, Jr., and Gerry Anderson started Bell-Anderson, they each had long-established insurance/real estate firms of their own. In fact Don Bell, Jr., began working for his father's insurance agency in 1946 after leaving the US Navy. Don and Gerry

decided to combine their firms on September 1, 1963. Eventually they split the specialties. Gerry took the real estate division oversight and Don oversaw the company's insurance division. Bell-Anderson and Associates today manages single family homes, small multi family communities, condominiums, homeowners associations, and a few small commercial properties. The company was purchased in September of 2002 by Tim and Vickie Gaskill. Vickie had been an employee of Bell-Anderson since 1986. She was Gerry's general manager for approximately three years before the purchase of the company.

🚨🚨🚨 FLOOD EMERGENCY – GO NOW 🚨🚨🚨

This message is for residents and businesses south of S 277th St., east of SR 167, west of the Green River, and north of 42nd St. NE, including the Trail Run community, Copper Gate Apartments, and surrounding neighborhoods. Please share with neighbors and spread the message.

Due to severe and rapidly worsening flooding, the entire area is now under a Level 3 (GO NOW) evacuation notice. Leave immediately if you are in this area. Conditions are dangerous and access routes are being lost. Do not go north; evacuate south along any of the normal routes. If you live in the Trail Run community, go east on S. 277th St. toward Lea Hill and then north.

WHAT YOU MUST DO NOW (GO NOW)
• Leave immediately if you can do so safely
• Take only essential items:
– Medications, important documents, pets, and essentials
– Phone and charger
• Move vehicles to higher ground only if it is safe to do so
• Do NOT drive or walk through floodwater
• Turn around, don’t drown. Do not drive around barricades or closures

SHELTER LOCATIONS:
• Auburn Community and Event Center - 910 9th St. SE, Auburn, WA
• Ray of Hope - 2806 Auburn Way N., Auburn, WA

Floodwaters are spreading and not draining, pushing deeper into roadways and neighborhoods. Routes to the north are no longer reliable and may be impassable, including:
• Auburn Way North
• B Street NW
• I Street NE
• SR 167

Additional north–south routes may flood or close with little notice, and travel options are extremely limited.

IF YOU NEED HELP EVACUATING
• If you need emergency evacuation assistance, call 911
• Shelter information and updates are available at auburnwa.gov/flood

City crews and regional partners are working around the clock, but there is no guarantee flood control efforts will hold. Conditions are changing rapidly and could worsen with little warning.

Do not wait. Leave now.
Continue to monitor official City of Auburn updates.

🪓 Bell-Anderson at Sea Axe = A Whole Vibe 😄
We decided to trade violations, budgets, and board emails for sharp objects at Sea Axe — and honestly, we had way more fun than we expected!

A few bullseyes were hit, a few axes took creative detours 😂, and there was plenty of laughter in between. Sometimes you just need a night to relax, hang out, and try something totally different.

Huge thank you to Sea Axe for hosting us and giving us the perfect excuse to throw things (safely!). We’ll definitely be back for round two!

🪓✨ Bell-Anderson took a break from HOA life and turned into axe-throwing Vikings at Sea Axe! Lots of laughs, a few bullseyes, and some very dramatic poses later… we’d call it a successful night out. 😄

Last night, Bell-Anderson hosted our annual Board Training Seminar — and what a great turnout!

A huge thank-you to our guest speaker Katie Martinez with Condominium Law Group for leading an insightful discussion on the upcoming WUCIOA changes, and to Tracy Abdul with SmartStreet for sponsoring the event and sharing valuable resources.

We also want to thank every board member who took the time to join their property managers. Your participation, thoughtful questions, and commitment to learning are what keep our communities thriving.

We appreciate you all — and we look forward to doing it again soon! 🏘️
