First as a firefighter/paramedic in Ohio, and then as a 911 Supervisor for Polk County Sheriff’s Office. As a Certified Public Manager, with Associates Degree in Fire Science, these experiences have provided me with valuable customer service, communication and social skills which will help me to go over and beyond for every client.
