Our office staffing looks a little different right now. Tracey is away caring for her mother and Denny is home focusing on healing a small injury. That means it's currently just me (Molly) holding down the fort!

Behind every “sold” sign is a whole lot more than paperwork and showings.

Real estate agents wear a lot of hats: therapist during stressful moments, painter for those pesky appraisals, cleaner before a final walk-thru… and apparently, sometimes even concrete workers.
When it came down to getting this house closed, my husband stepped in and got to work so everything could stay on track. I'd be lying if I said this was the first time he's found himself in this position to help me out, because this business isn’t just about selling houses — it’s about solving problems, doing what needs done, and helping people get to the finish line however we can!

Our condolences to Jim Tinker’s family and colleagues. He played a part in MANY of our real estate transactions over the years and was a great mentor anytime we had questions! His loss will be felt in Audubon.
