The most underrated room to refresh for summer?

The entryway.

It’s where sandy sandals land, pool bags get dropped, and farmer’s market flowers wait to be unwrapped.

And it deserves a little seasonal attention.

Here’s how to give your entryway a mini summer makeover:

– Swap in a washable rug that can handle wet feet and muddy paws
– Add a tray or bowl for sunglasses, sunscreen, and keys (aka the “Where did I put that?” essentials)
– Tuck a basket by the door for grab-and-go towels or reusable shopping bags
– Set the tone with a seasonal scent. Think citrus, basil, or anything that smells like sunshine

This space sets the tone for your whole home. Might as well make it feel like the season you actually want to be living in!

One thing I do differently than other agents?

When it comes to buying, selling, and navigating the market, the details matter, and I don’t believe in winging it.

For me, that looks like:

✔️ Sending a full prep timeline before we even sign the listing agreement
✔️ Previewing homes to save my buyers from wasting weekends
✔️ Mapping out Plan A, B, and C in every negotiation so nothing feels like a surprise

These might seem like small steps, but it makes a big difference for my clients.
