Meet Shannon Wyatt ✨

Shannon is a dedicated REALTOR® and the Director of Marketing for Southern Homes Group. With a passion for home design and helping others, she loves guiding clients through every step of the buying or selling process—from new construction to resale.

Since joining the team in December 2020, Shannon has proudly served clients across the CSRA while leading creative marketing efforts for the group. A Harlem resident since 2001, she’s committed to supporting her community and embracing the charm of small-town life.

When she’s not serving clients or working on marketing projects, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, being a new mom to Luke, and diving into home projects. She also shares her home with three dogs who keep things exciting.
