Augusta's coffee scene is expanding with the arrival of Dutch Bros. After 7 Brew, Ziggi's, and Caribou entered the market, Dutch Bros will open its first metro location at 3064 Washington RD next to Chick Fil A. This development will cluster Starbucks, Cafe Dulce, which is reportedly selling for $1.6 million, Dunkin Donuts, Caribou, 7 Brew, and Dutch Bros along Washington RD.
