A Closing Close to My Heart ❤️
This closing was especially near and dear to my heart. ❤️
A personal friend referred a very dear friend of theirs to me to help sell their home, and I’m so incredibly grateful they trusted me to be part of such an important chapter.
When we first connected, the seller had already been approached by an agent who was representing a buyer and was also offering to represent them through dual agency. That same agent later reached out to try to convince my client to move forward without separate representation in an effort to “save money” by not having two agents involved.
