We’re excited to share the successful purchase of a commercial site at 712 E Robinson Ave, just off Gate 2 at Fort Gordon.

We had the opportunity to represent the buyer, a Jiffy L**e developer, who was looking for the right location to bring a new site to the area. With all the growth happening around Fort Gordon and nearby retailers like Dollar Tree and Waffle House, this was a strong fit.

After looking at several options, this site checked the boxes with great visibility, access, and long-term potential. We were glad to help guide the process from site selection all the way through closing.

We’re excited to highlight Senior Investment Analyst, Stephen Long, who leads underwriting efforts for all of our team’s deals, ranging from development projects to investment transactions.

Stephen’s Focus:
• Leading Broker Price Opinions (BPOs), acquisition and disposition underwriting, and Offering Memoranda
• Developing custom pro-formas and valuation tools for data-driven decision-making
• Equipping brokers and clients with clear insights on site selection, investments, and exit strategies

Stephen began his journey with The Finem Group as an intern during his time at Augusta University and has been part of the team since 2021. Through consistent growth and excellence, he worked his way up to Senior Investment Analyst. He holds both the A.CRE Commercial Real Estate Financial Modeling certification and the Corporate Finance Institute’s FMVA designation, ensuring his analysis is grounded in rigorous standards.

Born and raised in Augusta, Stephen is passionate about combining local knowledge with technical expertise to serve clients well. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, rock climbing, and is actively pursuing fluency in Spanish. He and his wife, Stephanie, were married in October 2024 and just celebrated their first anniversary. For more than eight years, Stephen has also served as a Young Life volunteer, mentoring high school students and walking with them in their faith.

Stephen’s blend of analytical skill, community roots, and heart for serving others makes him a vital part of The Finem Group.
