A win for the weekend and our team!

Late post but I woke up Saturday with plans of housekeeping and hanging wallpaper……but real estate.😉

Got a referring real estate call that connected me with this military officer buyer client🇺🇸who was in her car driving from Ft. Stewart to our area desperately looking for a home to purchase as she reports to Ft. Gordon on March 1st. She had spoken with a couple of agents who had listings she liked but they weren’t helpful. Long story short, I didn’t hang wallpaper nor clean but I did help a very grateful, now forever client, find her next home. It was a good, good real estate day.

Listed Saturday, had offers by Sunday and officially under contract on Monday. The icing on the cake is sharing this transaction with one of our former students, a current BH&G colleague, and an overall great gal! We’ve had several folks reach out recently to ask just this…. Is now the time to sell? Will we be able to find a new home? Do you think rates will stay this low much longer? What do you think will happen to home prices in 2022 after witnessing them soar this past year? Where will mortgage rates be as the economy continues to recover?

If you’re a renter wanting home ownership or a homeowner that needs a house to better suit your needs, are you hoping for better market conditions next year and waiting to list later in 2022?

While we certainly don’t have a crystal ball to predict the future, we do have market resources so maybeeee this will help!😃

Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae AND the Mortgage Bankers Association are all predicting continued home price appreciation next year. While increases in home prices sounds terrific initially, as a seller it will cost you more to wait to list. Additionally, as a buyer, you will pay more to buy.

When asking when to sell/buy, the financial benefits are wayyyy more advantageous now! So stop waiting and CALL US TODAY!
