I discovered my love for Real Estate through my Mentor, Kim Abbott & first Investment Property at the age of 21 and have been cultivating it since. I do not recall a time after my first purchase that I have not been completing or assisting in a Home Renovation whether it is personal, for a client or with an investor. I am always glad to advise clients on projects to enhance their property and gain equity on a budget. I own several AirBnBs and long term rentals, including a historic cabin from the 1700s.
